Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking information when your order has been shipped. 
If you have not received an email* within 3 business days of placing your order, you may reach out to us at store@piecemaker.uk and we will provide this information. * please make sure your email address is accurate.

Please note potential delays could occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL and will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days once they have been processed. Delivery times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.


Discreet Packaging & Billing

To protect your privacy all our packages come in discreet packaging without any markings showing its content.
You don't need to worry when you order from us, we value your privacy and ensure that all of your information is safe with us.

On your financial statements, your transaction will show up as "PieceMaker" with the purchase date and order total.
However, it will NOT show any indication of smoking items or product names.

Risk of Loss

Once an item has been purchased and handed over to the shipping company the risk of loss passes over to you. In the event, the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local branch.
