Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept the return of our items.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please reach out to us at Store@PieceMaker.UK within 30 days of receiving the product(s). We will need photos and a record of sale from PieceMaker.com to process a replacement. You will be refunded within 14 days of refund application and approval.
If the item(s) was not purchased from PieceMaker directly through our online store, or other available direct network, please follow up and communicate directly with the store/retailer that the item(s) was purchased from. Please note, in the latter case, PieceMaker holds no responsibility over the state of the item(s) bought or after-sales services, you will be assisted according to the store/retailer's individual store policies which may differ from ours
